Class Registration for Non-Members
For online registration, follow the three steps listed here. If you are an LTAC Member, do not use this form; sign in and follow the class registration links in the members' area.
Step One: Declare Primary Registrant and basic information which will be used by the LTAC office to verify registration and contact registrants; Click on Next button and you will be taken to a secondary screen where you can continue to add registrants one at a time, or may proceed to class registration.
Step Two: Select Classes by Course Title including the names of each attendee by specific class;
Step Three: Review the registration class shopping cart for accuracy and submit the completed registration and payment using any major credit card or PayPal account.

Complete full information about the primary registrant. If you are registering multiple employees, you will have the opportunity to add any number on subsequent screens.
