HOTEL RESERVATIONS: Please contact Inverness Reservations at 303.397.6400 or their custom Web link to make your room reservations. Room rate is $165.00 - be sure to specify the group name or code (2PB9H5) to receive this rate. Hotel reservation deadline is August 25, 2009. In addition to the specified room rate, there will be a daily facility services fee of $9.99 per room, per night, which includes: high-speed internet access in all guest rooms, wireless internet access in all public areas, unlimited local phone calls, in-room coffee, delivery of a daily newspaper to your room M-F, access to fitness center, valet parking, self-parking and shuttle service within a five-mile radius of the facility. Guaranteed Reservations: All reservations for arrival after 6:00 p.m. must be guaranteed with a major credit card. Hotel will not hold any reservations after 6:00 p.m. unless secured by credit card. Guaranteed reservations not cancelled prior to 6:00 p.m. on the day before the scheduled date of arrival will forfeit the first night room deposit or be charged an amount equal to one night’s stay.
Conference Cancellation Policy: To receive a full refund less $50 processing fee, cancellations must be received in writing at least fourteen (14) days prior to the conference. Cancellations received less than fourteen (14) days prior to the conference will be refunded at 50% of the registration fee. NO SHOWS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
