Your online registration is done in two steps. First, select the appropriate button below to pay for your registration. Once in the shopping cart, you can change the number of registrations being purchased. When you have selected all of the events/categories that apply, proceed to checkout in PayPal. When you are ready to check out, note the total amount of your registration fee. You will be able to pay this using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and other methods.

Once you have completed the transaction, you will be directed to a confirmation page. Kindly enter data about your registration there, along with the total amount of your registration and click to submit that information to the LTAC Administrative Office automatically.

Room rate is $155.00 - be sure to specify the group name and code (lndlnda) to receive this rate. Hotel reservation deadline is August 26, 2008. All reservation requests will require a credit card guarantee. A non-refundable, one night room and tax deposit (room and tax) will be billed to the individual credit card on August 26, 2008. If reservation is cancelled after August 26, 2008, the deposit for all nights reserved will be forfeited. All no-shows are considered guaranteed bookings and will be charged the entire length of stay (room and tax). Any no-show reservations will be cancelled for all remaining reserved nights. Any early departures will forfeit all remaining room night(s) room and tax charges.

Conference Cancellation Policy:

To receive a full refund less $50 processing fee, cancellations must be received in writing at least fourteen (14) days prior to the conference. Cancellations received less than fourteen (14) days prior to the conference will be refunded at 50% of the registration fee. NO SHOWS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
