91st Annual LTAC Convention, September 14 - 16, 2011

On Line Registration - Mail In Registration Forms for Non-Members

Mail-In Registration forms are available by clicking on the LTAC Convention logo at right.  For on-site registration, add $25. 

If you are an LTAC Member, sign in at left and select Convention Registration from the News page for discounts and special pricing.  Non-Members can review membership here.

For Non-Members Only:  your online registration is done in two steps. First, select the appropriate button below to pay for your registration. Once in the shopping cart, you can change the number of registrations being purchased. When you have selected all of the events/categories that apply, proceed to checkout in PayPal. When you are ready to check out, note the total amount of your registration fee. You will be able to pay this using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and other methods.

Once you have completed the transaction, you will be directed to a confirmation page. Kindly enter data about your registration there, along with the total amount of your registration and click to submit that information to the LTAC Administrative Office automatically.

Conference Cancellation Policy:

To receive a full refund less $50 processing fee, cancellations must be received in writing at least fourteen (14) days prior to the conference. Cancellations received less than fourteen (14) days prior to the conference will be refunded at 50% of the registration fee. NO SHOWS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
