Federal Legislation
Through our affiliation with the American Land Title Association (ALTA) our voice is heard on the national front, as well. We contribute to ALTA’s legislative strategy in Congress and support efforts to carry out that strategy. Every year, Eric Morgan and members of the Legislative Committee travel to Washington D.C. to meet with Colorado’s Congressional delegation and advocate for the title insurance concerns of our members. Throughout the year, we maintain appropriate communication with key national figures ensuring that our needs and issues are addressed.
