Class Registration Forms

Spring 2011 Class Registration forms are now available in PDF format. Registration deadline is May 11th for classes to be held Monday, May 16, 2011.

IMPORTANT NOTE TO CTIS DESIGNEES:  Classes are being held one day only on November 15.  Be sure to take advantage of this opportunity to bring your continuing education requirements up-to-date.  The end of 2010 marks the end of another qualifying period, so please call the Association office if you have any questions about the status of your designation.
