Geoffrey P. Anderson, Esq.

Geoffrey P. Anderson, Esq. is a shareholder and founding member of Anderson Notarianni McMahon LLC in Denver where he practices in the areas of real estate litigation, commercial litigation and real estate transactions. For 2010-11, Mr. Anderson was Chair of the Real Estate Section Council of the Colorado Bar Association. He is the author of the book Colorado Quiet Title Actions published by CLE of Colorado and author of the chapter on Easements in Colorado Real Estate Forms Desk Book also from CLE of Colorado. He is also editor of the chapter on judicial foreclosures in Krendl, Colorado Methods of Practice, published by Thompson West (2015- 2021) and the author of the chapter on judicial foreclosures in Foreclosure Law in Colorado, published by CLE of Colorado. He lectures on Quiet Title Actions as part of CLE of Colorado’s Colorado Real Estate Practice series. Mr. Anderson is a frequent lecturer on real estate topics including easements, roads, boundary disputes and quiet title. He has also testified as an expert witness in those areas. He is a member of the Title Standards Committee of the Colorado Bar Association and the Forms Committee of the Colorado Real Estate Commission. He was named Lawyer of the Year in 2021 and 2018 by Best Lawyers and named as one of the Top 100 Lawyers in Colorado by Super Lawyers in 2021. Mr. Anderson earned his law degree at the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Science degree at Colorado State University. He is an announcer on a jazz radio program on KUVO radio, 89.3 FM and kuvo.org on Tuesdays from 8 to 10 PM and every other Saturday on All Blues from 4 to 6 as well as an occasional contributor of concert reviews to kuvo.org and allaboutjazz.com. 

Jeff Beattie

 

Jeff currently serves as President and CEO of Alliance Mortgage Group, Inc, a Colorado based mortgage lending company.  During his career in the mortgage industry, Jeff has personally funded over $1 billion in residential mortgage loans and was recognized in Forbes magazine as one of the top 100 mortgage loan originators in the country.           

Jeff is also Vice President/ President Elect of Colorado’s Mortgage Broker Association (CoAMP). A long-time member of the Association, he has been on the Board of Directors of the Association for three terms and was responsible for development and implementation of all educational programs designed for its members from 2016 to 2019. 

Outside of the mortgage industry, Jeff held various Board positions including Chairman of the Board and Trustee of Aurora Elks Lodge #1921. During that time, he was also President of Aurora Elks Home, Inc.       

Jeff earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Colorado- Boulder.   He is also a graduate of the College for Financial Planning’s Certified Financial Planner (CFP) program. Additionally, Jeff currently holds several mortgage-related professional designations.  

Having donated a kidney to his father in 2011, Jeff is an advocate of sharing the message about the importance of being an organ and tissue donor.  He eagerly speaks to groups about his experience on behalf of Donor Alliance. 

Jeff and his husband Tim divide their time between the metro Denver area and the beautiful mountains of Colorado.

Larry Hudson

Attorney and lobbyist Larry Hudson founded Hudson Government Affairs, LLC (HGA), a Colorado-based lobbying firm, in February 2010.  HGA’s vision is to provide effective and results-driven lobbying, governmental affairs and legislative counsel to companies and non-profit organizations before the Colorado General Assembly and Executive Branch.  Additionally, HGA establishes relationships between its clients and elected officials to educate and advocate for its clients’ positions on core issues impacting their operations in Colorado.

Larry is known and respected by legislators for his ability to work successfully with both political parties to reach common ground, while not jeopardizing his clients’ interests.  Larry’s primary policy areas include government contracts and procurement, legislative appropriations, labor and employment, health care, tort reform, immigration, K-12 education, and information technology. 

Larry has extensive experience serving as a legislative and agency liaison for state, local and national clients.  Prior to founding HGA, Larry managed the Governmental Affairs practice of the Denver Office of Greenberg Traurig LLP, one of the largest law firms in the world.  He also served as a Senior Policy Advisor to Colorado Governor Bill Owens, where he advised the Governor on criminal justice and transportation issues, including a transportation ballot measure supported by an overwhelming number of Colorado voters and firearm safety and school violence legislation in the wake of the Columbine High School tragedy.

Larry holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Denver’s Sturm College of Law, a Master of Public Administration degree from the University of Colorado and a Bachelor of Arts degree from East Carolina University.  He was appointed by Governor Bill Owens and reappointed by Governor Bill Ritter to the Colorado Juvenile Justice Prevention and Delinquency Council.  He also served on the Colorado Council of the Arts being appointed by Governor Bill Owens in 2004.  In 2009, Larry was recognized by Super Lawyers magazine as a Rising Star in lobbying and governmental affairs among his peers and clients in the Colorado legal community.  He is currently the President and Founding Member of the Colorado Association of Professional Lobbyists.

Joe Budelli

Joe Budelli is the CRO of Propy, a Silicon Valley proptech company revolutionizing home purchasing via blockchain.  He is a Blockchain and Digital Transformation enthusiast, with extensive knowledge in workflow and process automation. He is a member of the AIIM Company of Fellows (The Association of Intelligent Information Management) a non-profit industry association and a past AIIM Board member.  He has a long history of success of building and scaling up software startups and multiple successful exits.  He has a BS degree in Marketing from San Diego State University, a former JC Baseball player, collegiate cheerleader, a proud father of two daughters and an avid surfer and golfer.

Jerome Magana

Jerome Magana is a 28-year insurance veteran.  Since 2004, when he was the Founder and Former President of Stewart Title’s National Insurance Division, Jerome has been focused on the insurance needs of the Independent Title Agency.  In 2009, Select Specialty Insurance Services was started, and Jerome held this company having national relationships with 7 different Title Underwriters as the preferred provider of E&O, Cyber Liability, and Fidelity Bonds to Title Agents.  After 11 years as the Owner and President of Select, Jerome partnered with Securance Corporation. This is a 50-year-old insurance brokerage licensed in all 50 states.  As the President/Partner of the new division, Securance Specialty Insurance Services (SSIS), Jerome now has a large and experienced team of insurance professionals and a long vertical line of related insurance services.

Jack Rattikin III

As a professional of the title insurance business for over 35 years, Jack Rattikin III is known as a valuable leader in the industry.  Mr. Rattikin is President and Chief Executive Officer of Rattikin Title Company of Fort Worth, Texas. He has held the position of CEO since January 2004 leading all functions of the company. He joined Rattikin Title in 1983, became Senior Vice President of Operations in 1997, and President in 1999.

He is a current member of the American Land Title Association Board of Governors and Chairman of the Agents Section. He previously served as President and as a member of the Board of Directors for the Texas Land Title Association.

Mr. Rattikin earned a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from the University of Texas at Austin, and a Doctor of Jurisprudence Degree from Texas Tech University School of Law.

Mr. Rattikin has a long track record of service to the community at large through active participation in a wide variety of civic, educational, political, charitable, philanthropic and arts organizations.  Jack and his wife live in Fort Worth, Texas. They have two grown children.

Elizabeth Reilly

Liz Reilly is Vice President, Senior Privacy Counsel, and Regulatory and Compliance Counsel for Fidelity National Financial (NYSE:FNF), a Fortune 500 Company and leading provider of title insurance and transaction services to the real estate and mortgage industries.  Ms. Reilly joined FNF as in-house counsel in 2011. Ms. Reilly manages the Company’s enterprise privacy program and advises on compliance with laws concerning data protection, privacy, cybersecurity and information governance. Ms. Reilly also advises FNF on adherence to federal and state statutes and other regulations throughout the Company’s national title insurance organization and ancillary businesses. Ms. Reilly is a Certified Information Privacy Professional with a concentration in U.S. private-sector laws, standards and practices (CIPP/US). Prior to joining FNF, Ms. Reilly practiced law in the areas of real estate and land use, specializing in commercial real estate acquisitions and financing, real estate related loan restructures, title insurance and land use, and real estate litigation.

 Wayne M.  Stanley

Wayne M. Stanley is the owner of Bowe Digital, a small business marketing firm based in Indiana with clients around the United States.

Under Wayne’s direction, Bowe Digital offers innovative and outstanding brand power to title insurance companies of all shapes and sizes through branding, superior content, custom social media engagement and website creation.

Previously, Wayne worked at the American Land Association (ALTA) in Washington, D.C.  While at ALTA, Wayne helped to develop the Homeowner Outreach Program (HOP), ALTA’s education and marketing initiative to increase industry awareness. Wayne also increased the association’s social media presence over 150% and grew its footprint with national and local media outlets. Using his experience from five years as a staffer in the United States Senate, he also led the ALTA expansion of the Title Action Network advocacy arm to a record 14,000 members in all 50 states promoting the land title industry.

As a culmination to many of these efforts, in 2016 Wayne was recognized by BizNow as one of Washington, D.C.'s Top Association Innovators.
