8:30-4:30 p.m. ALL DAY CLASSES - lunch will be served

  • Title Licensing Prep Class, Level I, II, III (6.5 credit hours):  Prepares those who are required to be licensed to take the state licensing exam. Instructors: Joe Belongia, Kevin Sloan and David Stubbs - $180.00 for members  Members Receive 25% off if register by October 10, 2023

 8:30-11:30 MORNING CLASSES - $90.00 for members Members Receive 25% off if register by October 13, 2023

  • Policies and Endorsements,   (3 hours): How well do you know your Product?  This Class will take you through the thrills and chills of what a Policy will Insure, what it exempts from coverage and the most frequently requested ALTA Endorsements.  This is a CTIS required course.  Instructor: Maureen Dunn - $90.00 for members  Members Receive 25% off if register by October 13, 2023
  • Sales Strategies and Relationship Building,   (3 hours):   Join us to learn how to provide the best sales experience for your customers by using a team mentality.  Understand the importance of working with sales and closers and increase your effectiveness with these sales tools.

12:30-3:30 AFTERNOON CLASSES - $90.00 for members Members Receive 25% off if register by October 13, 2023

  • Title 101 for the Non-Examiner,  (3 hours): This class will provide an in-depth look at the title commitment concentrating on vesting, legal descriptions, requirements and exceptions, as well as policy coverages, exclusions and who they are designed for.   This is a class designed for title support , sales and escrow personnel.  This is a CESS required course.  Instructors: Dean Ruybal, CTIS and Sandy Plaven, CTIS - $90.00 for members  Members Receive 25% off if register by October 13, 2023

Interested in the CTIS or CESS designation but don't want to take all the required classes?   You can test out, just register for the tests you would like.
