8:30-11:30 a.m. MORNING CLASS
- Beginning Escrow, Level I, II (3 credit hours): Introduction level closing procedures: Including TRID disclosure preparation and prorations. Please bring a calculator to the class. Instructor: Penny McKelroy, C.T.I.S./C.E.S.S. - $90.00 for members, $150.00 non-members
12:30-3:30 p.m. AFTERNOON CLASS
- Access, Level II, III (3 credit hours): The Long and Winding Road that leads to your door –hopefully. But what if it doesn’t? Learn the issues, the fixes and the title requirements that address access issues. This class will address some of the potholes pitfalls of Insured Provision No. 4.
Instructor: Maureen Dunn - $90.00 for members, $150.00 non-members

8:30-4:30 p.m. ALL DAY CLASS - lunch will be served
- Title Licensing Prep Class, Level I, II, III (6.5 credit hours): Prepares those who are required to be licensed to take the state licensing exam. Instructors: Joe Belongia, Kevin Sloan and David Stubbs - $180.00 for members, $460.00 non-members
