Getting the Word out to our Realtor Partners

With the upcoming FinCEN reporting requirements going into effect just around the corner, LTAC has prepared a short article that our Members can share with their Realtor partners to help explain what’s changing and how it may impact them.

The article will be distributed to all licensees through the Division of Real Estate’s e-newsletter, and CAR but we wanted to be sure you had a copy as well in case you’d like to share it directly with your network.   Providing timely, practical resources our members can confidently share is just one-way LTAC supports collaboration across the industry—because we’re better together.
