Fellow LTAC Members,

I stepped into the role of President of this Association with little to no preparation.  Jumping in early was exciting, intimidating, and the equivalent of drinking from a fire hose.  I had contemplated an easy, controlled, measured move in the presidency in September 2026…..not the way it rolled out!

My immediate reaction was to continue the message of Service.  Service to the Membership, Service to the continued advancement of the Association, and Service to the continued well-being of our Industry.  The approach I settled on was to dive in, attend as many committee meetings as I could, participate in as many conversations as possible, learn and experience the depth and breadth of our dedicated membership. The objective was to listen and learn.

In short time I discovered that we are strong, growing and passionate!   Every committee, every task force, every sub-committee, every discussion…..they all show the time, energy, effort and thought each person brings. I was amazed at the variety of topics, the number of thoughtful ideas, the continued look to the future that everyone contributes to whatever role they have committed to within LTAC. 

The Industry continues to be challenged by so many topics:  FinCEN/AML, Alternate Title Products, Regulation, Redaction, Fraud and Forgery, Artificial Intelligence to name a few!  I know, from the inside out, that LTAC is ready and prepared to meet each challenge and thrive as we move into the future.  I look forward to diving into some of these topics in more depth as the year progresses!
