Do you know someone in the title industry who deserves to be recognized? Now’s your chance to honor their contributions!     We’re now accepting nominations for two prestigious LTAC Awards, to be presented at the 2025 Annual Conference in Vail.  

•  Outstanding Young Title Person of the Year : Celebrating professionals 35 or younger who have gone the extra mile in their careers—whether in escrow, sales, title, tech, or beyond.
•  Outstanding Achievement Award: Honoring individuals who have made significant contributions to the Colorado title industry through leadership, innovation, public recognition, or education. 

 Nominees must be full-time employees of an LTAC member or associate member and available for a short interview prior to the conference.  Award winners will be honored on September 4 during the conference.
