LTAC Tenure Pathway - Limited Opportunity

This year, the Land Title Association of Colorado (LTAC) is offering a special Tenure (Veteran) application pathway—an alternative way to earn your C.T.I.S. or C.E.S.S. designation based on your industry experience.    The Tenure (Veteran) pathway allows experienced professionals in the Colorado title industry to earn their C.T.I.S. or C.E.S.S. designation through demonstrated experience, rather than completing our other standard course pathways.

This is a rare opportunity—this pathway is typically only available once every 10 years.

Applications are due June 1, 2026.

This process requires thoughtful preparation. Do not wait to begin reviewing the materials and requirements, as compiling your experience and documentation may take time.  In addition to this webpage we have a summary document here.

Click here to register for the Tenure Pathway — submit payment (or request an invoice) and you can download the official application to complete, sign, and return with your accompanying documents.
