Adam E. Gwaltney is President and Chief Operating Officer of eno.insure  Professional Insurance Solutions, where he specializes in professional liability, cyber liability, crime/fidelity, and commercial insurance programs for the title industry. With more than 29 years in the insurance profession, Adam is recognized nationally for his expertise in title agency risk management, professional liability, and cybersecurity. He serves as Chairman of the Indiana Land Title Association's Cyber Security Committee and is a frequent speaker and author for numerous land title associations, including ALTA, Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, and Tennessee. Adam has presented at national and regional title industry conferences and is committed to helping title professionals better understand emerging risks, fraud trends, insurance coverage, and sound risk management practices. 

Courtney Howey, Rocky Mountain Real Estate Advisors

Courtney Howey is a Colorado based real estate advisor and Founder/Managing Broker of Rocky Mountain Real Estate Advisors, bringing more than 24 years of experience in luxury residences, mountain and resort properties, investment portfolios, estate sales, probate matters, divorce related transactions, and other complex asset transitions. Caleb Richard, Director of Engineering at Closinglock

Caleb Richard is the Director of Engineering at Closinglock, where he develops technology that protects real estate transactions from wire fraud and cyber threats. He built SecurePay, a platform that has processed more than $5 billion in real estate money movement across the title industry, and has led the development of additional fraud prevention solutions, including bank account verification, payoff retrieval and verification, and identity verification. A Knoxville, Tennessee native, Caleb earned a Computer Science degree from Vanderbilt University before working in the technology industry in Washington State. He is now based in Austin, Texas, where he combines customer-focused application development with a security-first mindset in support of Closinglock's mission of protecting every dollar in the real estate transaction. 

Julia Reyburn, Agency Services Representative, Stewart Title Guaranty Company

Julia is a trusted advisor to real estate professionals, helping organizations strengthen fraud resilience while driving sustainable growth. In her dual roles as an independent agency representative for Stewart Title Guaranty Company and consultant, she combines deep industry expertise with a passion for education, regularly delivering continuing education programs for real estate brokers and attorneys. 

 Since 2015, Julia has been dedicated to improving the real estate ecosystem through leadership roles across real estate, title, and fraud prevention. Her experience includes serving as a Director at fraud security company CertifID, Senior Manager at Redfin’s title company, and as a real estate agent and trainer with Redfin. After fraudsters impersonated Julia in 2016 and nearly convinced her clients to wire away their life savings, she became a passionate advocate for consumer protection and fraud prevention, focusing on helping industry professionals combat an increasingly sophisticated threat.

 Before relocating to the United States, Julia lived in Australia, where she worked as a management consultant and mechanical engineer. She holds a Master of Business Administration from the Australian Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) from the Queensland University of Technology.

Janet Sosnowski, Vice President of Risk Management and Compliance, ET Investments

Janet Sosnowski is the Vice President of Risk Management and Compliance for ET Investments, the parent company of title agencies operating across multiple states. She has spent 44 years in the title insurance industry, holding a variety of leadership roles throughout her career.

In addition to overseeing risk management and compliance, Janet leads a fraud response team that assists companies through a wide range of fraud situations. Her team has responded to 24 wire fraud incidents and successfully recovered funds in 19 of those cases.

Janet is also a recognized instructor on fraud in real estate for professionals in the title and escrow industries, as well as for Realtor partners.
