Schedule and Class Descriptions - REGISTRATION FOR IN-PERSON CLASSES
8:30-11:30 a.m. MORNING CLASS
- Easements. (3 credit hours): Discussion of basic easements and what coverages should be required. Instructor: Emily Deville. - $90.00 for members, $150.00 non-members. Located in the second floor conference room.
12:30-3:30 a.m. AFTERNOON CLASS
- Advanced Escrow, (3 credit hours): This class will include discussion and examples of how complicated requirements and exceptions effect what is reflected on the settlement statement. Different types of transactions, what vesting deeds to use, and what to watch for. Instructor: Penny McKelroy C.T.I.S./C.E.S.S. - $90.00 for members, $150.00 non-members Located in the second floor conference room.

8:30-4:30 p.m. ALL DAY CLASS - lunch will be served
- Title Licensing Prep Class, (6.5 credit hours): Prepares those who are required to be licensed to take the state licensing exam. Instructors: Joe Belongia C.T.I.S/ C.E.S.S, Kevin Sloan, C.T.I.S and Nicole Hall, C.T.I.S. - $180.00 for members, $460.00 non-members. Located in the 1st Floor Conference Room.
- Legal Descriptions, (6.5 credit hours): Prepares those who are required to be licensed to take the state licensing exam. Instructors: Dean Ruybal, C.T.I.S. and Michael Lucero, C.T.I.S/C.E.S.S - $180.00 for members, $300.00 non-members. Located in Stewart Title Conference Room, Suite 1525. This course is in-person only and has a limited class size.
