Brianna Dowling, Esq. Vice President & Asst. Agency Manager Western Title Division, Old Republic National Title Insurance Company
Brianna Dowling, Esq., is Vice President and Assistant Agency Manager for the Rocky Mountain Region and Western Title Division at Old Republic National Title Insurance Company. Prior to this role, she has served in many difference capacities within the title insurance industry, including as Underwriting Counsel, as General Counsel for a large Colorado-based title insurance agency, and as Claims Counsel and Rocky Mountain Regional Claims Manager for a national underwriter. Prior to her work in the real estate and title industries, she worked in private practice at a small family law firm outside of Boston, MA.

Kimberly Hartnett, Amtrust Title Insurance Company
With over 15 years of industry experience, Kimberly is a proven leader with expertise panning sales strategy, organizational development, regulatory compliance, and innovation in industry technology. As Executive Vice President of AmTrust Title, she drives strategic growth across all divisions, with a dedicated focus on developing and elevating AmTrust's Agency Division.
Kimberly is also the Secretary and a Board Member of Women in Title, a national non-profit committed to advancing women in the industry through mentorship, advocacy, and collaboration. Nationally, she is a regular faculty speaker at conferences, where she also enjoys hosting innovation masterminds with industry leaders.
Kimberly has completed Executive Education studies through Yale University’s School of Management. She resides in Pittsburgh, PA, with her family, where she serves on the Board of Directors for the Women's Club of Mt Lebanon and is a proud Girl Scout Leader.

Brielle Penley, Heritage Title Company
My name is Brielle Penley, I am 21 years old and was born and raised in Ohio. I’ve been working in the title industry in Colorado for a little over two years and am excited to continue growing my career and building connections within the industry. As a young professional, I’m passionate about networking, learning from others, and encouraging more young people to explore the opportunities the title industry has to offer. I’m excited to meet new people, share experiences, and see where this industry takes me!

Dean Ruybal, Chief Title Officer, Heritage Title Company
Dean Ruybal has been in the title industry since 1981, including the past 35 years with Heritage Title Company, where he serves as Chief Title Officer and one of the company's underwriters. He provides technical guidance to title examiners and title officers while working closely with closers and sales teams to help realtor, lender, and attorney clients achieve smooth real estate transactions.
Dean has been a certified instructor for Colorado Division of Real Estate-approved courses since 1998 and has taught for the Colorado Association of Closers, National Escrow Association, Colorado Bar Association Continuing Legal Education, and the Colorado Professional Surveyors Association.
An active LTAC volunteer, Dean served as Chair of the Education Committee from 2001 to 2009, has been an LTAC instructor since 1999, has served on the Legislative Committee since 2005, and was a member of the Board of Directors from 2003 to 2012, including serving as LTAC President from 2009 to 2010. He earned his Certified Title Insurance Specialist designation in 1997 (Certificate No. 6).
